VERMONT TEAMSTERS HIT THE AIRWAVES TO TALK WORKER SAFETY
This morning, Teamsters Vermont Local 597 President Curtis Clough and Berlin, VT UPS worker Josh Bernier, appeared on WDEV Radio to speak about the importance of keeping workers safe and healthy in the workplace. The Teamsters urged legislators to pass the Extreme Temperature Worker Protection Act and legislation that would close a loophole in the Vermont FMLA law that allows companies to force workers to use workers comp and the FMLA concurrently.
Thank you both for using your voices to advocate for changes to help other workers!
