DELIVERING THE DREAM: LOCAL 251 MEMBERS DEMAND MLK DAY AS A PAID HOLIDAY

Teamsters across several contracts demanded MLK Day as a paid contractual holiday this week. UPS members on Day & Twi Sorts signed petitions as part of the National Day of Action on Martin Luther King Day. Teamsters at Northeast Transportation and DHL Express rallied and signed petitions as well. Johnson Brothers of RI strikers stood in solidarity on their picket line. And Preload & Package UPSers signed petitions and rallied in support to close out the week of action.
